Our network assessment will help you find the things that you don’t know about, and we’ll give you a different perspective on the things that you do.
We will begin monitoring your IT systems with the same detail that we do our existing, happy clients. We can do it discreetly, although we’d prefer to have the help of your current IT person.
Some of the things that we will review in depth are:
- A review of all the charges from your existing provider for the last 3-6 months.
- Your current exposure to data loss and how that risk can be mitigated in the future.
- Detection of system issues that are causing system-down events or major frustration.
- Audit of Microsoft patches to determine if they are doing what they are supposed to be doing.
- Audit of Adobe, Java, Apple, Firefox and other common applications that are the cause of infections.
- Audit of your virus and threat protection to ensure that you are covered against external threats.
- And our list of 42 best-practice configurations (you can’t see them — they’re our secret sauce).
- We’ll let you test our ability to detect server down issues by turning off your server and seeing who calls first.
Most instances, we can provide the detail above in less than a week. Once complete, we’ll return to your office to present your DedicatedIT Roadmap, and we won’t leave until you understand every word of it.
