Our network assessment will help you find the things that you don’t know about, and we’ll give you a different perspective on the things that you do.
We will send one of our Lead Support Engineers to complete a full audit of your IT systems. We can do it discreetly, although we’d prefer to have the help of your current IT person.
Some of the things that we will review in depth are:
- How you envision your systems improving productivity and delivering more value to your customers.
- How your team uses your systems and what prevents them from being their most productive.
- Your current exposure to data loss and how that risk can be mitigated in the future.
- Known system issues that are causing system-down events or major frustration.
- And our list of 42 best-practice configurations (you can’t see them — they’re our secret sauce).
Depending on the size of your network, the onsite process will take anywhere from four hours to several days. I know that you want your report as soon as possible, but it takes time to put together a quality document with immediate impact. You’ll wait at least three days for the final product.
Once complete, we’ll return to your office to present your DedicatedIT Roadmap, and we won’t leave until you understand every word of it.
